this quote is saying don't do something that isn't right. For example, if a friend wants to do something illegal and you know it's against the law, then don't do it. Stand up for yourself and say no. If someone is saying bad stuff about someone else, like a rumor, don't play along and tell other people if you're unsure if it's true or not. Not doing someone if it's not right means to not do something if you know there'll be repercussions if you get caught. Not saying something because it's not true means not saying stuff about people if they're not true. If you know or are unsure if its untrue or if it's true, just keep it to yourself.
