This quote is saying that it is always best to do good. No matter where you are or what you're doing, always do the right thing. For example, whether you're at school, or home, or going out with friends/family if someone suggests choosing the wrong, you always say no and choose the right. If you're hanging out with someone and they suggest something you know you shouldn't be doing, you stand up for yourself and say no because you don't want any repercussions and you always choose the right. If you always do good then good things will come to you.
