This quote is saying that in order to live a good life you have to have integrity. Integrity means to be honest have good moral principles. Having the courage to say no is having integrity because if someone is suggesting to do something bad, you have to say no. If they're pressuring for you to do something bad you have to stand up for yourself and say no. the 2nd magic key is having the courage to face the truth. This means that you have to face the reality. You can't just run away from your problems, you have to be courageous and face reality. The 3rd and last magic key to having integrity is doing the right thing because its right. This is saying  you always have to do the right thing. The only excuse you should having for doing the right thing is doing it because its right.
