this student success statement is partly true, because character makes you who you are. you can have bad character or you can have good character. Having good character is the one that matters most because it can get you far in life. a good personality is what matters above everything because thats what people's judgement is based on, people dont care about all you money or whatever, they care about who you are as a person because that's the reason they'd want to be your fren.
