IDP summary
The interdisciplinary project was difficult because i had never done something like it before. The thought of presenting in front of a real doctor really scared me. In the beginning it wasn't that hard because we were just doing research and that's one of the easy part. Making the PowerPoint was also easy because I had already done a ton in middle school. The hardest part was the creative component and the presenting. For the creative component we had to find a time and a place for the group to meet so we could do a video and someone would edit it. But that never worked out so we had to do it all last minute during school. During the presentation I was really nervous because i was presenting in front of a real doctor that already knew all of this and i was scared i would say wrong information. The power point on the computer was outdated so when we tried to show the updated one we couldn't because we had used an updated version of PowerPoint and the computer was old. We only presented the half of the presentation but everyone still knew their lines without having looking at the PowerPoint. Our subject was stroke so it wasn't the hardest. during the presentation our video wouldn't play but we all knew what to say. I can apply my knowledge from this project by knowing how to prevent a stroke and how to know when someone is having a stroke.
