this quote means that you have nothing to be scared of if you're always doing whats right. If you do what your parents tell you, wear your uniform to school, do your homework, and follow the overall rules, then you don't have to fear your parents telling you no if you ask them something. You don't have to fear getting detention for not wearing your school uniform, you don't have to you don't have to fear failing a class. You don't have to fear getting caught for not doing what you're not suppose to be doing. If you do do what is wrong, then you will have to fear the consequences. If you'e smart and do whats right, then you would never have to fear any type of consequence. But if you're not thinking right and you do something bad, then you would have to fear the repercussion so it would be easier if you just do the correct thing.
