"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong."
-John F. Kennedy

this quote means if you're not physically healthy then your mind is not healthy. Keeping your body healthy also benefits your brain and helps it work better. If your body is physically working then so is your mind which helps you learn. If your body is tired then so is your mind and if your mind is tired then you can't concentrate because you're sleeping and your mind isn't working to its full potential than when you're healthy and active. It's good to make wise diet choices because it doesn't only affect your body but your brain also. If you eat bad foods very often, then your body will feel bad, your brain will feel bad which causes to think bad. If you eat good; your body will feel good and your brain will good and you will think good.
