What this quote means is that in order to be wealthy you don't have to have millions of dollars but instead have a good heart. For example, you have to be a good person and do good things to have a good and wealthy heart. Having a wealthy heart does not mean to have a healthy heart because you could have a healthy heart and be a bad person. Having a good heart means that your heart could be sick but your a kind person so you have a wealthy heart.
