I dont think this is the best quote but it is true. For example, when you are under 18 ad you live with your parents, if you follow their rules they'll let you do the stuff you want (if its not a bad thing). If you're over 18, then you have to obey the law so you wont end up in prison. If you follow the school rules, administrators wont be strict with you. Anywhere you are there is gonna be rules. If you follow the rules then you will be fine and have freedom.
