Duties and Responsibilities: Treat those with hearing loss and proactively prevent related damage. Determine if someone can hear within the normal range.

Salary: $65,000 for people who worked 9-10 months (academic year)

$73,000 for people who worked 11-12 months (calendar year)

Education: Required minimum of 7 5 semester hours of post-baccalaureate study, meeting prescribed competencies, passing a national exam offered by Praxis Series of the Educational Testing Service, ab practicum experience that is equivalent to a minimum of 12 months of full-time supervised experience.  

Reflection: I would not want to be an audiologist because it sounds really boring and uninteresting.
